Currently most local government and council ordinances do not support the placement of such dwellings as primary residences. It's clear that this has to change. People's only other option should not be a caravan park just because real estate agents - who have no important skills and contribute nothing valuable to society - want to protect their ability to get rich for doing practically nothing, and producing nothing. That status quo is highly offensive.
