Make the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) itself an illegal terrorist organisation in Australia

The Foreign Affairs, Defense and Trade References Committee has released a report urging the government to declare the Islamic Republic Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran a terrorist organisation.
This is hopelessly inadequate and is another example of the idiocy that the government generates on a regular basis because it is infested with delusional nincompoops and mental patients with imaginary friends who are themselves hopelessly infideliphobic. It's not about diplomatic complexities and otiose, recondite problems involving expelling (or else retaining) Iranian officials, although there are certainly considerations along these lines that must be accounted for.
It's about inappropriate tolerance for infideliphobic megacults.
If the Foreign Affairs, Defense and Trade References Committee is really concerned with stopping the kind of murderous hostage diplomacy that the IRI has engaged in, then they need to stop making concessions to abusive infideliphobic megacults with baldly intrinsically bigoted, misogynistic, anti-unbeliever memetic narratives and doctrines.

The report makes many good recommendations and rightly admits that Australia's response to IRI's genocidal infideliphobic attacks on women, dissidents, and unbelievers in Iran has been woefully late and inadequate. Newly recommended measures in the report include the deployment and enforcement of new Magnitsky legislation that facilitate responses like those of the United States, who acted far more quickly with its State Department and Department of treasury levelling heavy sanctions against specific members of IRI and the IRGC and their backers as early as October and November of 2022:

So far so good. However, then the pussyfooting and nonsense starts:

IRGC is a good target, but IRI - or IRI and the IRGC - is the right target. The committee's own report makes this transparently obvious just by the number of references to IRI in it.
No one is under any illusions that there are no delicate diplomatic matters associated with outlawing an entire incumbent national government of a large, militarily capable and technologically advanced country. However, that's not the problem. There may well be Iranian officials with whom it is important to retain relations and who cannot be exposed as dissenting from the IRI. However, there are plenty of measures that can be taken to preserve whatever relationships are critically necessary.
So why does the report call upon the government to list only the IRGC or Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps an illegal terrorist organisation? Every other recommendation refers to IRI itself, but when it comes to the opportunity to really make an impact and send an unequivocal signal to the infideliphobic, insane Iranian Islamic megacult murderers - the senate committee's report is a dismal failure.
The report misattributes primary responsibility and is thereby hopelessly inconsistent. It names IRI as the culprits but then allows the blame to be shifted, and the buck to be passed, to their militaristic arm.
The entire time it is clearly and unambiguously the openly, deeply misogynistic and infideliphobic memetic narratives, beliefs, and doctrines of the Islamic megacult that are obviously to blame. When an Islamic theocratic regime achieves this level of bigotry and despotism - as all such dominionist megacult regimes are apt to do - then their followers and sympathisers should be deported from Australia.
The ship of diplomacy has already been already been willfully torpedoed by the vicious, infideliphobic, child-murdering hostage 'diplomacy' already brashly carried out by IRI specifically on a religious and deeply infideliphobic basis. Of course that doesn't mean that we should behave as they want us to and nix diplomacy - thus joining them in anti-social intellectual and political dissipation. Diplomacy can continue to be offered appropriately and contextually, but the Islamic Republic of Iran itself must be declared a terrorist organisation in Australia. Diplomats may be deported and it might cost some rich people money.
So be it!
The latter concern should not even be a consideration. Any party stupid and unethcial enough to invest their money with such a regime deserves to learn about properly assessing business ethics and risk. Nor should the protection of the patently nutty idea of freedom of religion. The status of IRI as a deeply bigoted, violent, delusional, infideliphobic megacult regime is what caused the trouble in the first place.
Even the forward to the committee's report on Iran's Islamic regime names the entity or institution responsible for the infideliphobic human rights abuses against unbelievers In Iran. It's the Islamic Republic of Iran itself.

In November 2022 I submitted a petition to Australian Parliament calling for IRI itself to be declared a terrorist organisation, and for at-risk dissidents and women from Iran to be given special Visas.
Australian opponents of the infideliphobic Islamic regime in Iran cannot, objectively speaking, be taken seriously if they have not signed this petition to make the Islamic Republic itself an illegal terrorist organisation in Australia. https://aph.gov.au/e-petitions/petition/EN4655
This petition was submitted to parliament on 27th November 2022. I am a political thought leader in this. Banning the #IRGC is not enough. Even the recent report presented by the Foreign Affairs, Defense and Trade References Committee names the Islamic Republic itself as culprit.
I again call upon the government of Australia to declare the Islamic Republic of Iran itself to be an illegal terrorist organisation and for its followers and supporters to be deported from Australia post-haste.
